All goods are kept in stock and orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within one working day of placing the order.
1.1 BROKEN PRODUCT
Our aim is to provide our customers with only high quality products, so if you have received a broken product in any way, please contact us immediately so we can repair it!
To request a refund or replacement, do the following:
- Send an email describing the problem to info@autochemicals.eu immediately upon receipt of the goods (14-day window from receipt).
- Take a picture of the product you received and its packaging and make sure the damage is visible.
- Send us the pictures with your order number.
- No money will be refunded for damaged parcels at the time of delivery.
If you follow these guidelines, together we will find a solution that works for you.
1.2 THE PRODUCT HAS NOT REACHED ME
If 5 days have passed and you have not received your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
If we’re sure there’s a problem with your order, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge or refund your money. Please note that the following requirements apply:
- Refunds will be made after 7 days from the delivery date of the order if no delivery has taken place.
- We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by you at the time of purchase.
- If the goods have been sent back to the place of departure because the customer did not pick up the goods from the courier company, the order is non-refundable.
1.3 DAMAGED DURING USE
We will not be liable for any damage caused to the product due to improper use.
1.4 CANCELLATION OF ORDER
- We accept cancellation requests sent to us within the first 12 hours of placing the order, if the order has not yet been dispatched.
The products also have a 30-day replacement and return right from the day of receipt. Returns must be notified in writing in advance. The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same conditions as originally. The cost of returning the product to the warehouse is paid by the customer.
To return your order:
- Contact us by e-mail: info@autochemicals.eu and quote your order number.
- We will confirm your request within 3 working days and provide you with a return address.
All returns of our goods must be returned to our head office. If you want to start the return process, write to us at info@autochemicals.eu.
If the product delivered to you is defective or damaged on delivery, please refer to section 1.1 DAMAGED PRODUCT and act accordingly.
