CAR INTERIOR CLEANING
Car interior cleaning is important because, on average, people spend at least a couple of hours driving every day.
* For the car to be pleasant, it also needs to be regularly cleaned and maintained.
* A clean car means clean thoughts and a happy mind!

Anyone can clean a car’s interior, but when you start cleaning, you should know that you will encounter various materials such as textiles, plastic, glass, and… floor mats. Some cars are also equipped with leather or wood interior trim. Regardless of the materials used in the interior, dust and dirt accumulate on all interior surfaces without exception. Therefore, your car requires regular interior cleaning. Regarding cleaning, it’s important to know that simply vacuuming your car won’t keep it clean indefinitely. At some point, surfaces will also require wet or dry cleaning. This type of interior cleaning will thoroughly clean dirty surfaces of grime and remove dust and dirt accumulated in textile seats that could not be vacuumed out. Deep cleaning could involve washing all interior surfaces: plastics, windows, seats, and floors. Washing the headliner is not a good idea unless absolutely necessary. The product might soak into the headliner material and leave stains or cause it to sag.
CAR INTERIOR CLEANING – Deep Cleaning Can be Done by any Car Owner!
The most indispensable tool for keeping your car’s interior tidy is a vacuum cleaner. A vacuum cleaner allows you to easily remove loose debris and dust that has accumulated on surfaces, and with regular cleaning, it prevents them from soaking deep into seats and carpets. The more often you use a vacuum cleaner, the cleaner your car will be. NB! To clean dirt from the floor, use the TRELLI BRUSH! A brush attachment with a round head is best suited for this purpose!

For cleaning plastic and dust, use a special product (5SR – Professional Salon Care) and microfiber cloths. Using a vacuum cleaner for these surfaces is not recommended, as plastic nozzles can scratch the components. In hard-to-reach areas, use a brush and, if possible, compressed air.
If water stains appear on the seats while cleaning the interior, they can be temporarily removed using a microfiber cloth and a diluted mixture of Master Cleaner +. If even a small wet spot leaves a stained surface, dirt has already accumulated on the seat, and it still requires more thorough deep cleaning.
Important to know: Stain removal from textiles using a product and cloth only addresses surface stains, and they may reappear. For more thorough deep cleaning, dirt is extracted from the material with a textile scrubber.
CREATING CREATIVE FIELDS – What to Do with Them?
If you have a pet and often travel with it in the car, you probably know that pet hair gets everywhere. Pet hairs are oily, so they stick to the interior, especially during shedding. Hair flies around the interior, sticks to clothes, and over time, a specific pet odor develops in the interior.
HAIR REMOVAL – This is usually a laborious and time-consuming process, and carpets with soft padding are particularly demanding. Therefore, it is better to clean the car’s interior regularly and remove hair continuously, rather than just occasionally.

TIP:
1. To remove hairs that can be brushed out of the material, use a vacuum cleaner nozzle with bristles.
2. NB! Use a special hair removal scraper. This makes your job 90% easier! Scrape the hairs with the scraper and vacuum them up! J
3. During the hair removal process, we also recommend cleaning plastic parts and treating them with 5SR – a professional product designed for car interior plastic parts. It cleans and cares for plastic so that it repels dust longer and stays fresh.
LEATHER CARE
- When cleaning leather, it is important to use the safest possible products to avoid damaging the leather’s color, which can be caused by harsher chemicals. For regular leather cleaning and care, we recommend using Leather Shampoo & Conditioner – a pH-neutral leather shampoo that ensures clean and well-maintained seats in a 100% safe environment.

- Before cleaning, it is definitely worth checking the condition of the leather and understanding what type of dirt is on its surface. Dirt is either ingrained in the leather or only on its surface.
- If you decide to use a harsher cleaning agent for tougher stains, before starting the cleaning, first test the product on a small, inconspicuous area of the leather. After you are sure that the product is suitable for use, clean the dirt and continue washing with a pH-neutral shampoo .
- NOTE: If a stronger product absorbs the leather’s color, it should not be used. It damages the leather surface and can remove the color layer.
- If the surface is absorbent and takes in water, it should be minimally moistened during washing, and this should be done carefully, applying the detergent and water evenly. Excessive moistening can cause stains on the surface.
- NB! DEFINITELY NOT: Clean leather with melamine foam. It is a very good tool for cleaning some stained plastic parts, but it acts like sandpaper and scrapes dirt and color from the leather. Therefore, you may have to repaint the damaged parts.
Therefore, perform safe and thorough interior cleaning!
